I almost let Easter just pass us by this year. Life feels busier than ever with soccer, track, school plays, choir, trying to get to the gym, cleaning jobs, and an almost 7 month old who wants to do nothing but play and crawl around!
But on Saturday I kinda pulled it together and I think we made our first Easter with Nash memorable!
My sister in law, Adrienne, did a super fun egg hunt for the kiddos! Nash loved playing with the plastic Easter eggs!
Milo was so cute! At the beginning of the hunt he wouldn't pick up any pink or purple eggs! But he quickly realized that more eggs = more treats!
Indy found the golden egg and got the big prize basket! A good way to finish off your last year of doing Easter egg hunts! I can't believe she will be a teenager next Easter!
Libby looking concerned... Not sure why though.
Milo checking out his loot.
That night I did the Easter rolls and we talked about Jesus and how he was put in the tomb like the marshmallow we wrapped in the dough. I had never made these before and they were fun and turned out yummy!
Of course, we colored eggs!
Easter morning
Bunny Foot prints!
Lots of candy!
Libby showing off my some playing cards! We love playing card games but we haven't had a full deck around here for a while! (Ha ha!)
Milo's favorite candy is cookies and cream Hershey bars!
Indy was happy with a new movie that she noticed the Easter bunny got out of the $5 bin at Walmart...
Nash being cute.
And more cute...
Tired parents!
