Anybody who has been married for nine years can agree that it is no small feat, but being married to Jared for nine years is quite an accomplishment.
Although we have been married for nine years we have actually been "together" for 11 years starting from the day he asked me to be his "wo" (this was Jared's nickname for girlfriend or his woman, I know, I had to ask too!). And I have loved almost every minute of it... And for the minutes I didn't love Jared almost always makes it up to me somehow...
Our 24 hour getaway was awesome! I got to eat out, go hot tubbing, sleep in a warm, soft bed, sleep in until nine-thirty, eat a huge breakfast, go to park city and buy the kids clothes at childrens place, and drive home....
It was nice, very nice... And my mom said Milo was really good so I think we will be getting away more often!
Congrats you two. Nine years is an accomplishment. I felt it. Glad you had a fun celebration.

ReplyDeleteThat made me laugh that you said being married to Jared for 9 years is even more of an accomplishment! Ha ha. It's cause he's such a daredevil, right?
ReplyDeletelove it! I've heard similar things about how miraculous I must be to be married to mike. I wouldn't trade him in. For us it'll be 11 years next month and well there are good, bad and ugly times but they are all worth it. I am a happy woman.
