Christmas Eve we spend the evening with my side of the family. We have a traditional Christmas feast and then we dress up the kids and my dad reads the Nativity Story from the bible. The kids listen to the story and play their parts they chose to be when they hear it. It works out pretty well. Indy will still participate so I know it's a very fun tradition!
Listening for any action for their charaters.
Jared loves this little lady! We are so happy she is a part of our family!
A Christmas baby princess! So adorable!
After the Nativity we do gifts from the gift exchange. All the siblings exchange names and all the cousins. And we all have a blast giving and receiving!
Then after dessert we go hope and get ready for Santa! I took a million poses of the kids in their new jammies in front of the tree!
Look at that dazzle!
The kids wanted the pets in the picture. So the kids spent quite a bit of time teaching jazz to sit and be still for the camera. I didn't know it at the time but the dog really learned something! Check out our Christmas Morn post to see!
And then Christmas Eve came to end for the kiddos at least. Off to bed for them! The little kids were asleep pretty quick it was Indy who couldn't sleep!
