Santa Came!
Our Nativity
Christmas was a blast and as always was over to quickly! The girls Got a big Barbie house for Christmas and that has been the best present ever they will play with that house for hours and I don't hear a peep out of them. And if I tell them we got to go somewhere Indy's new line is "just 5 more hours!" Any toy that can keep my children occupied for five hours is worth it's weight in gold!
Grandma Penny was here for Christmas and that was a treat. She is in one of the pictures with Indy. Penny lives in Oakland and the girls love to play with her!
I usually do a Christmas eve dinner with my family and I like to have a nativity play sometime usually before presents so the kids don't get to distracted. But this year it was just me reading the Christmas story from the bible and the kids doing whatever they wanted. I might post it on u tube I'll let you all know so you can watch it.
We visited Jared's family on Christmas day and had treats and watched a movie. They gave the girls a great present gift cards to Chuckee Cheese! We took them there the following Friday after Christmas because the kept asking us "when can we go! " like every 5 minutes! We also had a great New Years Day breakfast at the Jaynes. Way better than anything the got at ihop!
The biggest thing that happened this Christmas is that Indiana spilled the beans that we are having another baby. I'm not due until the end of August. That only makes me 6 weeks and usually I'd wait a little longer to make a public announcement but we are excited! The first thing everyone says is maybe you'll get a boy. And no, we aren't planning on it. The odds are against us and we know what to expect from girls so why change now!
