Halloween is always a crazy, busy day for me! I get the kids all dressed up for school, then I have to rush over for the parade and take blurry pics of them running past me in their costumes! Then I go home and get ready for class parties and then I go back to the school and help at the parties and then come home and get ready for our cousins, aunts and uncles and grandparents to come over and go trick or treating with us! We are so lucky to live in such a great neighborhood for trick or treating!
This year we told the kids they had to come up with their own costumes with stuff we already had and the girls did a great job with it! Milo on the other hand is very into ninjas right now and we had to buy him a costume the night before... Let me tell you, trying to get a specific costume the night before Halloween can be a bit difficult but we pulled it off!
The kids off to school! Milo is filling out the a mens size large ninja costume that we got him! The girls were really happy with their costumes! And I was happy they were free!
Libby was a cute kitty!
Milo the Ninja
Ellie the rockstar!
And somewhere in between all the craziness my mom stopped by in her penguin costume so we took lots of pictures! Here is Nash on his first Halloween!
The kids loved getting a visit from the great penguin at school!
I helped organize the treats for Libbys class party and I also helped Milos class make marshmallow ghosts!
Trick or treating!
Look at all those cool kids!
Aubree was a crazy cat lady for Halloween pushing her cat in a stroller, good thing that was just for her costume not like she does that everyday or anything! He he!
Milo and Liam having a great time filling their buckets!
Leilany looked so cute!
Aww, I love Leo!
So Indy is such a big kid now and goes to Jr. High and then went trick or treating with her friends for most of the time that night, that I have no pictures of her on Halloween! I know I am horrible! But she did dress up as Indiana Jones for the family Halloween party we had on the Sunday before halloween, and then on Halloween day she wore her soccer clothes to school so I added a pic of her playing soccer to give you an idea of what she looked liked! :0)
Happy Halloween!
(Sorry for not posting all these blogs these in chronological order!)
