Sometimes even I have to admit that I must be crazy. No, really! No sane person does the things I do when it comes to rearranging my house. I just can't keep it one way, I have to have change! And since I am actually terrified of actual changes like, moving, switching schools, changing jobs... I just do the safe thing and rearrange my furniture, or switch up the bedrooms, or move my washer and dryer upstairs then back down... The list goes on and on. Most of you reading this have seen first hand the many changes I have made...
Well, I am getting the itch to change things, but I am trying to keep myself in control! Maybe I need to find a 12 step program to help me with my addiction....
Have you ever known someone who rearranged their house as much as I do? And was that person really awesome and totally sane? I am looking for some reasurance! I need to know there is hope for me!

ReplyDeleteMy mother used to tease me growing up because I was ALWAYS changing my bedroom around...... I do it with my home now. Drives Brian nuts. I do it with out yard too. I plant plants that should be perennials..... and yank them out and redo the next year!! It's how I go..... maybe it is a stay at home mom thing..... It's our way of changing the scenery inside our four walls.
want to come switch the boys room & decorate the baby's room? just redecorate your friends' houses?
ReplyDeleteMy mom would rearrange the furniture in our house every month. I enjoy changing things around in my house. I don't see your need to change things in your house as insane, it's normal.
