Fabulous zucchini muffins make a yummy breakfast and after school snack for my kids! Thanks Cassi for the recipe and the zucchini!! They were delish!
The recipe is for bread so if you make the muffins Cassi recommended 22-24 minutes and she was right! Mine turned out perfect at 23 min!!
