Anyways on to the good stuff.. My handsome little man Milo is two months old today. He weighs in at a whopping 15 pounds!! He is smiling and cooing and making me feel so loved for all my hard work!
Today about an hour after we got home from his 2 month appointment he starts screaming and won't stop. I can tell his legs are sore but my neighbor Gaby had stopped by and I was trying to talk to her over his screaming. I look down at his thigh and notice that it is red and hot and swollen. I start to freak out a little because none of the girls had gotten any reactions to the shots.So I go get some warm cloths and put them on his legs. Then I pull out all the handouts the doctor had given me about the immunizations and what do I read...
1 in four children will have swelling and redness in the area the shot was given.
1 in four children will have a fever
1 in four children will have tenderness where the shot was given.
Sorry, Milo, you are our one out of the four...

Oh his poor little legs.. I hate getting their shots done.. I do love all his many faces, and sorry to hear about your camera, that is horrible!!
